I stumbled upon this animation and illustration by the Russian illustrator Andrey Kasay, via It’s Nice That. I just wanted to share it with you, because it made me laugh.

Confetti WEEKLY #27 week 25

Last week Confetti did a nice job for VOPAKs big 400-YEARS-of-existence-party.
They are the world’s largest independent tank terminal operator with almost 400 years of experience in storage and transshipment (quoted from their website).

The little men in Amsterdam I ‘copied’ from an illustration and a very nice animation which tells the history of the hat in their logo:

High Rise

Let’s do another lovely animation. This one is made by London based illustrator Sarah Lippett.
Check her website for more work…. also because she SHARES her website with Duncan Barrett. together they are Crayon Legs. (Would it be a coincidence that their surnames both have double consonants?)

(Thanks again for sharing drawdrawdraw.)

Les mots de la carpe

This is so, so, so nice. Brilliantly done! I had several smile- and ‘eeek!’-moments during the animation. I hope I’ll never have to go to a speed-date evening like this one….

I made a screenshot of the credit section, before you just click away the video when finished…
